EVERYONE CAN HELP SOMEONE

You don't have to be an expert to talk about mental health and wellbeing or to help someone in a time of struggle and/or distress.
Showing up, being seen and being full present for someone can make a huge difference to how they think and feel.
The attached image provides some suggestions on how the smallest acts of kindness can help to liertally turn someone's day around.
Asking, talking and listening to understand, instead of doing it to reply, judge or reprimand is how we learn. It's how we validate someone else's experience and show them that we care about what's happening for them.
